Health & Exercise Meetup – Monday’s @10:30

The library will be starting up our Exercise and Health Program for Adults. We will be providing FREE exercise classes on Mondays from 10:30-11:30am.   Please bring you own water bottles, yoga mats and anything else you might need. Registration for the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Competition will end Monday, January 7th so sign-up soon! This challenge will go for 8 weeks with weekly weight-ins during our regular library hours. One lucky person will be considered our BIGGEST LOSER and win a grand prize of $50. Other prizes will also be available. First weigh-in and kickoff meeting will be on Monday, January 7th from 6-7pm.
