FAQ

1) I’m in the Children’s program and I have reached 1440 points, why hasn’t my coupon badge turned to color?

You must reach the correct amount of READING points before your coupon badge will change color. If you click on the little “i” under points, it will give you a breakdown. Points earned for Missions and Events don’t count toward your coupon badge, ONLY READING! Remember, the Children’s/Teens programs need 1440 reading points and the Pre-K program needs 700 reading points. Adults will not see a coupon badge on their accounts.

2) I have a coupon badge, how do I get my coupons?

You will see a GRAY Coupon Badge on any PRE-K, Children’s or Teen account. That is to notify you of a badge they can earn. Once they have completed the correct amount of reading points (700 for Pre-K, 1440 for Children’s/Teens) the badge will turn to color and a notification will appear when you log back into the app. After the badge turns color and you get the notification, you can come into the library to get your coupons!

3) How do I enter a Secret Code using the app?

If you go to the homepage in the app, it is the 2nd icon that looks like a calendar. Here is a link to reference the icons within the app http://cedarspringslibrary.org/app-webpage-navigation

4) Why is my progress bar still at 0%?

The progress bar on all accounts will always remain at 0% because we are a points only program. You can keep accumulating points for raffle tickets all throughout our Summer Reading Program. Other libraries choose to do “levels” and once you complete the last level, you would be done. Our program is not set up that way, therefore, the bar will remain at 0%.
